Originally Himalayan Big Foot was a local operations management company that foresees the entire execution from start to end - for large scale travel companies.

In the last 15 years, we've handled everything startig from treks, trails, Ladakh and Spiti adventures, foreign groups to whatnot.

And now we're ready to take up more control by running everything through our own channels and under the brand name of Himalayan Big Foot.

Our Reviews

  • The final amount will include a GST of 5% as instituted by The Central Government of India, which cannot be waived under any circumstances.

  • The booking amount is a fixed sum, which comes to be 50% of the total tour cost. Without the booking amount, we cannot confirm your booking for the selected tour package.

  • The remaining payment has to be deposited 01 days before the departure date.

  • In case you're booking a tour with less than 07 days remaining on the departure date, the provision of the booking amount is ignored, and only full payment is accepted.

  • If the above stated tour itinerary is affected by ‘Act of God’ (an instance of uncontrollable natural forces in operation) such as roadblock, bad weather conditions, or any natural hazard outside human control. In that case, any unforeseen expenses towards accommodation, transportation, meal, health will be charged extra.

Terms and Conditions

  • Suppose the customer cancels the tour with more than 30 days remaining on the departure date and has paid the whole amount for the tour. In that case, the total amount of the tour will be refunded after making a deduction of 10% from the total sum disbursed, including GST.

  • Suppose the customer cancels the tour with 30 days to 15 days remaining on the departure date and has paid the whole amount for the tour. In that case, the total amount of the tour will be refunded after making a deduction of 25% from the total sum disbursed, including GST.

  • Suppose the customer cancels the tour with 14 days to 07 days remaining on the departure date and has paid the whole amount for the tour. In that case, the total amount of the tour will be refunded after making a deduction of 60% from the total sum disbursed, including GST.

  • Suppose the customer cancels the tour with 07 days remaining on the departure date and has paid the whole amount for the tour. There will be no refunds generated.

  • If the customer has an unpaid balance, of whatsoever nature, 03 days before the departure date, then in that case, Himalayan BigFoot reserves the right to cancel the booking without generating any refunds if the customer.

  • No refunds will be generated if the customer fails to show up or arrives at the departure point at the scheduled date and time.
